The Electronic Division is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and is positioned strategically in the electronics manufacturing hub of Penang, Malaysia. It manufactures high-quality PCBs from Single Sided, Multi-Layer to HDI for the local and international markets.

The divisions expertise in PCBs spans the diverse realms of Air-Conditioners, Digital Piano and Music Instruments, High End Audio Products, Television and Display Applications, Office Automation, Emergency Services Field Communications, Home Appliances, Automotive Infotainment Systems and Non-Critical Automotive Applications.

The company offers a one stop solution capability that starts from collaboration with the customers designers from Design Samples, Proto-Typing Stage, Mass-Production until the pledge of Service Parts availability.

Properties Division

The Properties Division is currently involved in the development of Taman Bukit Kepayang in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Covering a site area of 520 acres, the project is among the largest mixed development in Seremban.

Utilities Division

Water Industry

Teknoserv Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) registered G7 contractor with a Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan (SPKK). It is also a SPAN Permit IPA C1 contractor for both water supply and sewerage projects and an ISO 9001 accredited company. Since 1995, more than 90 projects have been completed in Malaysia and South East Asia ranging from water and sewerage treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs and pipelines.

The Utilities Division is focusing on expanding its geographical coverage to include growing economies in the ASEAN region to procure more contracting and concessionary projects.

The continued and rising demand for clean and uncontaminated water, which is getting scarce, will augur well for the industry in the long run.

Besides water and sewerage related projects, it has expanded its portfolio into road construction in 2019. Currently there are two ongoing road construction projects in Mukah and Sarikei, Sarawak, a testament to its commitment to contribute the best possible construction expertise in the success of all its projects.

Power Division

GUH, through Leader GUH Renewable Energy Sdn. Bhd. a joint venture with Leader Energy Holding Berhad ventured into power generation projects across Taiwan, Republic of China. This venture is in line with its plan to diversify and expand into renewable energy projects.

Undertaking a variety of projects from large-scale floating, ground and rooftop solar projects with experienced local and international partners will enhance its credibility and ability to procure and execute further renewable energy projects.
